How much proof is needed?
The only way France and Germany will do ANYTHING about Saddam is when he develops a missle or delivery system that will reach their countries. I really do believe that it will take a large glowing cloud over Tel Aviv to wake up the world to Saddam.

I totally agree. But look at the source here... We neutered Germany over 50 years ago. And France?! Damn, they haven't won a war in 200 years. Why does anyone care what they think?
