How fast do you think the the manager of Great White is going to be arrested along with Jack (GW's Lead Singer)? My guess is two days (Monday). Charges will be negligent homicide, fire code violations, etc, etc, etc...

The manager? Maybe. The cops need to figure out who they believe is lying, the manager or the owner of the club (with regard to permission to use pyros)
Jack? Unlikely. I'd say it's probably fairly easy for him to argue that "these are the types of things which get delegated to tour managers, and if the pyros were used, it's because the manager made it happen."

It depends on who is financing the tour. My guess it's a company who is controlled by Jack. He now owns the name "Great White" so he would have some liability.
