I thought I posted a comment here, but must not have...
I read the link, but it says nothing about what is going on over there. It gives one example. I presume we don't spend all our time ferrying patients to and fro.

But I'd really like to see what other country has gone out and helped a people like America has. We could have turned Kabul or Baghdad into a frigging parking lot but we choose not to. We choose to help. Why does that make us evil?
