email means enamel
e-mail does not match prononciation.
Anything wrong with COURRIEL? With a nice counterpart POURRIEL (rotten mail ie Spam , much easier to understand. Netscape and Explorer already used "Message" and "messagerie"
A computer is "ordinateur" The word was coined at IBM France request. Was Tom Watson anti-american ?
Do you know how to say email in hungary ? Try a hungarian site and tell me if you understand anything.
Frenglish and Franglais are usually adding more confusion. "Agenda" "direction" "footing" "smoking" "zapping" "corsage" "brassiere" None of these words mean what one would think they do.
