OK, lets start banning services BEFORE they are rolled out to the public.
Seriously, a company decides they want to offer a service. It's made perfectly clear to everyone that "Hey, we might look through your stuff to see if there is anything that we can tip off our advertisers to". Now the Civil Liberties lawyers get up in arms of "invasion of privacy" and dumbass lawmakers start throwing around the idea of "protecting citizens rights".
Pass your damn bill Sen. Figueroa, I hope it gets laughed out of court...
