October Surprise?

Well, it wouldn't be THAT much of a surprise but it definitely would make the whole "Getting the UN blessing" look like less and less of a good idea.

Comments
This is very interesting. Two comments:
1. Seeing as how the rest of the world is (intentionally?) in denial mode despite the growing preponderance of evidence against the corrupt UN and various foreign government officials, I'm wondering how far this will really go, or how much legitimacy this will have, if the US is the only country pressing the issue.
2. I found the material at mudvillegazette.com to be quite interesting. By comparing this to the Noriega takedown it seems to me that the US is saying: "You can run, but you can't hide. No matter where you are, no matter what your legal status, if we want you, we will get you."
Stay tuned.

I honestly think if prosecutors do bring charges against the head of the "Oil for Food" program that it will only hurt Kerry since he's the one begging for their involvement in any international affairs.
